- Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging and documentation.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team via email or our Contact Us page to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and documentation.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the provided return address.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- Once we receive your returned item(s), our quality control team will inspect them.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Exchanges for a different size or product may be arranged based on availability.
